    CEO

    With more than 20 years of professional experience and a vision of empowerment and development of the people, Odette has collaborated on large projects with international companies such as BBVA Bancomer, Janssen Mexico and J&J Mexico, Walmart, Milwaukee Tools, Kipling, PEPSICO, Jose Cuervo, Invex, among others. 

    Odette holds a Master in Executive Coaching and Leadership; she is also an internationally certified Coach and Image Consultant by the International Coaching Federation and WCF. Working with CEO’s, Directors and C-Level leaders has driven her to find new paths to lead conversations with great impact in their businesses and workplaces. Odette discovered that by helping executives understand and break limiting beliefs they can uncover the power of possibilities and transform them into actions that will achieve exponential results in their organizations.

His expertise includes executive search and onboarding processes, executive coaching for high-end leaders, fostering high-performing executive teams, and leading outgoing senior leaders’ transitions. 

    Carlos has attracted, coached, and developed leaders as well as teams throughout FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organizations based in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, with business interests in emerging markets within LATAM, across such fields as FMCG; energy and utilities; automotive; high-tech; retail; supply chain; life sciences; financial services; apparel and sport; entertainment and more.

    Carlos holds a BS in Computer Science Engineering from La Salle University (ULSA) in Mexico. Additionally, he completed 2 minor degrees (Finance and Administration) from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), as well as a certification in Clinical Psychology from the Emmanuel Kant Institute, and a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) certification from Life Coach Institute (Orange, CA).
